About the J. Dalton Institute
The J. Dalton Institute conducts training seminars, symposia and on-site training addressing relevant issues that impact the Native American Community. Our focus is to provide quality training to All Employees and All Board Members both Native and Non-Native.

The J. Dalton Institute is 100% Native American owned whose goal is to improve the economic opportunities for Native American People and Native American Governments. All of the seminars feature highly qualified presenters who are very knowledgeable about Native American issues.
Our business philosophy
J. Dalton believes that reinvestment in Indian Country improves the quality of life for our Native American Community People. We continue to sponsor events dedicated to improving Native Communities. This has included sponsorships for events geared toward preventing suicide, domestic abuse prevention, business and tourism development in Indian Country. A list of events we have sponsored is available upon request.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
J. Dalton reserves the right to deny service to anyone or any entity. Substitution for training may be made at any time. Registrations cancelled prior to the seminar you will receive a tuition credit minus a $200 processing fee. In some cases, J. Dalton will issue a Tuition Transfer Credit to be used within one year of issue. Once the Transfer Credit has been applied to another seminar, it cannot then be canceled or used a second time. Those canceling 15 business days prior to the seminar dates will be charged the full tuition cost. Should J. Dalton cancel, you will receive a full tuition credit good for one year from the date of the Seminar. J. Dalton is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or airline change order fees. In order to have a valid registration, you must officially register and receive a Confirmation and Invoice from J. Dalton. This policy is to ensure that clients have the correct information as to the dates, location of the seminar and notice of our cancellation policy
